Advice: The easiest way for your crush to like you is for you to give him a drug called kurokou. As much as I would like to give you that drug right now, I can't because Tomo took all of them and the person he gave it to drank all of it into oblivion. But never lose hope because I still ahve a solution to your problem. This isn't as easy as giving him the drug I mentioned earlier but it's still effective. All you have to do is make him come to your house. You can either hire someone to kidnap him or threaten him by holding his family hostage, or anything you like. After that, ask him if he would like to be your boyfriend. If he doesn't want to, torture him into submission. Remember my torture tips when you do this.
