The first time she appeared, I thought she was Treize's maid or something. Isn't preparing her boss's bath a clear indication that she is a maid?

Well, she isn't. As it turns out, she's Treize's right hand. In my opinion, she's incompetent. She doesn't understand the real objectives of OZ or Treize. I mean, Treize told her to "learn more about OZ" and be "more graceful". She's an embarassment and made OZ look low and cheap.
